Maxwell is a Human Resources Generalist with a wealth of experience spanning to over 12 years. He has worked with both corporates and Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO’S).

Before joining BvAT Maxwell worked with Lutheran World Federation -Kakuma Area Program as Human Resources and Admin Officer.

He holds a degree in Business Management specializing with Human Resources Management, Higher National Diploma in Human Resources Management and a Diploma in Personnel Management.
