Lisa is an Integrated Expert for Resource Mobilization and Organizational Capacity Strengthening at BvAT. She has 10+ years experience in financial sustainability and resource mobilization, organizational change management, business and social enterprise development, environmental sustainability, and value chain development with a focus on the African continent. Lisa has worked with NGOs, regional organizations, government institutions and the private sector across East Africa. She is passionate about sustainable leadership and the intersection of resource mobilization, private sector, and social impact.

Lisa holds a Magister Artium (M.A.) in Economics and African Studies from the University of Leipzig and is an Executive Master of Business Administration Candidate at Quantic School of Business and Technology. She has pursued various certificates and believes in continuous learning.
