Lennox Ouma
Monitoring and Evaluation Officer
Lennox Ouma is the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at BvAT. He has experience in various donor-funded development programs, including Health, Food Security, Economic Strengthening, Gender Justice, and Early Childhood Development. He is dedicated to leveraging data for informed decision-making, establishing reproducible data management processes, ensuring data quality, and integrating collaboration, learning, and adaptation into continuous program improvement. Before joining BvAT, Lennox worked as a Monitoring Evaluation Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Officer at World Renew (Kenya) and in PATH (Kenya)-led consortiums for the USAID Conservation Agriculture Plus and USAID Nuru ya Mtoto projects. He also worked with Anglican Development Services (ADS) in the Nyanza Region and LAMIRO Consult Limited as a Data Lead.
Lennox holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Statistics from Egerton University and has earned certifications in Monitoring and Evaluation, Managing Successful Field Research, Data Quality, and Reproducible Data Management, among others.
