The Master Trainers from Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania and Rwanda under the Knowledge Hub for Organic Agriculture in Eastern Africa (KHEA) worked with a consultant from IFOAM to develop a Quality Assurance Manual for multiplier and farmer-level trainings in Ecological Organic Agriculture (EOA). This guide will support in attaining quality assurance in trainings of the Training of Teams of Facilitators (ToToF) approach, which is being used under the KHEA project, funded by GIZ. This guide has been prepared as a tool to support diverse initiatives, especially in building capacity of agricultural extension workers and value chain actors involved in designing, implementing, and assessing programs in EOA.
