Caroline holds a Master of Arts in Communication Studies (Development Communication) and Bachelor of Arts degree in Literature. Prior to joining BvAT, she worked as the Editor of  Management Magazine at the Kenya Institute of Management (KIM) and adjunct lecturer at Multimedia University in 2018. She also worked as the Editor/ Writer for the Biashara Leo Magazine with Asante Media;  Editorial Consultant with Micro- Enterprises Support Programme Trust and The East African Educational Publishers. Before then she served as an Editorial Assistant with Longhorn Publishers Ltd Kenya.

At BvAT, Caroline is tasked with developing schedules for each TOF Magazine issue and soliciting, writing and managing contributions of articles. She is also responsible for quality management of the content and design of the magazine by consulting with the parties and contributors involved
