Policy

Advancing policies that enable sustainable agriculture across Africa.

An enabling policy environment is essential for scaling sustainable agriculture and achieving long-term food system transformation. Biovision Africa Trust works with governments, regional institutions, civil society organisations and development partners to strengthen policies, institutional frameworks and investment that support Agroecology and Ecological Organic Agriculture.
Through policy dialogue, evidence generation, advocacy and multi-stakeholder engagement, we contribute to the development and implementation of policies that improve food security, environmental conservation, climate resilience and inclusive agricultural development. Our policy work ensures that the experiences of farmers and communities help shape national, regional and continental agricultural agendas.
