Wevine Bichanga

Wevine Bichanga is the Grants and Resource Mobilization Officer at Biovision Africa Trust..

She has over 6 years’ experience in Programme Management, Fundraising and Grants Management; Finance and Logistics; Monitoring and Evaluation and Partnership contract management. She comes in with a rich experience of working with key donors like USAID, ECHO and UNHCR.

Prior to her appointment, Wevine worked as a Programme Support Officer with Concern Worldwide where her duties were; draft and review partnership contracts and agreements and process partner disbursement requests, generate and compile programme reports, prepare presentations for donor reporting and fundraising.

Previously, she worked as a Programme Officer with Diakonie Katastrophenhilfe for Somalia, South Sudan and Southern Africa Programme. She has also worked with Save the Children – Kenya Programme and CISP – International Development of the People.

Wevine holds a BA Economics degree from University of Anglia, England. She has also trained in various professional short courses
